Taxidermy: an early 20thC cased mount of a specimen pike by F.F. Spicer & Sons, Birmingham, posed in a naturalistic setting among reeds, bearing maker's label and note: 'Pike - weight 23 1/2 lbs, caught in private waters near Birmingham - Feb 14th 1929.' The case 46" wide, 20" tall, 10" deep.
