Shotgun: a W W Greener, London, Facile Princeps 12 bore side by side shotgun, boxlock action with side safety, finely engraved with acanthus scroll decoration, carved fences, double triggers and cross-bolt. 28" nitro reproofed damascus barrels with 2 1/2 chambers, the concave rib inscribed 'W. W. Greener. 8 Haymarket London, winner at the London gun trials 1875, 1877, 1878 & 1879.' Highly figured walnut striaght hand stock with chequered palm and fore end, inset horn drop points, fore end cap and butt plate, 14 1/2" LOP. Serial number 38268
