A 19thC scrap album containing various drawings, verses and hand drawn music scores by students at Keble College Oxford, to include a pencil drawing depicting a landscape signed Alfred Norris, a poem titled Better inscribed by John Wildbore, a poem / song titled Be Kind to Each Other with a note from Sidney Smith, a poem / verse titled Dependence of Providence inscribed by Alfred Love, a pencil sketch of St Asaph North Wales signed and dated 1862, a song / poem inscribed by Alfred Morris titled Old Friends, a music score drawn by William Barker titled A Parting Prayer, a hand drawn map titled Private Study in Geography with key by Thomas Honey, a study of a coat of arms titled The Arms of Nimrod signed Your Old College Chum Edgar H Lane, a watercolour study of a young lady by Henry Marks, a Celtic cross hand signed by various members of the college c. 1862 to include James Sharp, Oscar Knight, John Meredith, Henry Page, James Allport, James Alcock, George John Boldwin, etc. Believed to have been a commonplace book of Warden's Lock's Family. Together with a 19thC indenture regarding an apprenticeship for Francis William Lock, son of Thomas Lock under Edward Stutz Tea Dealer & Grocer dated 1859, with signatures and seals; and a letter addressed to G. Norris, from John Bishop of Portsmouth dated 1894
